Quick Questions Before Checkout
Ready-to-ship orders usually leave within 3–5 business days. Christmas pre-orders are expected to ship in late October through early November.
Orders containing both will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. To receive ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order.
We accept eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Sale items, swimwear, holiday items, and pre-orders are final sale. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible. A size change may be available depending on inventory, but it is not guaranteed.
