Return Policy

We get it — sometimes the fit’s off or your kid changed their mind. It happens. We offer store credit on eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 How to Start a Return

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on, and in original packaging.

  • Email us at support@tuckncharco.com with your order number and what you’re sending back.

  • Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

🚫 Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💳 What You’ll Get

  • Approved returns will receive store credit for the item(s), minus the cost of the return label.

  • No refunds to original payment methods — just credit to use on something else rad.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know right away and we’ll make it right.
Mistakes are rare, but we own them when they happen.

🚫 No Returns On:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Holiday items or custom gear

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items
