Holiday Pre-Order Details

Expected to ship late October / early November.

Yes. If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order items arrive.

Holiday and pre-order items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, your request must be submitted and the approved item placed back in the mail within that same 14-day period.

All holiday return and exchange requests must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026. After December 4, all holiday items are final sale.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately. Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
