Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $130
Orders under $130 ship via USPS for a flat rate $9.95

All orders are packed and shipped by me (the mama behind Tuck & Char Co.) within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing and shipping times are separate. Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed due to our fulfillment workflow.

Coastal Christmas items are available for pre-order and are expected to ship in late October through early November.  If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Once a package is accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. Tuck & Char Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.
